Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the membership good for? Your dog lodging membership is good for 1 year from the date of signup. Monthly payments will be charged to your credit card on file the same day each month for 12 months.
What if I need to cancel my membership? If you need to cancel your membership you must do so in writing and you will be responsible for 100% of the non-member value of the boarding nights that were used. If there is a payment due it will be payable upon cancellation and will be charged to the credit card on file. The membership is non-transferable. The passing of a furry friend will incur special consideration.
What happens when I pick up my dog? We give you your dog and you are on your way. Home quicker, faster and no cost to worry about when returning from your trip unless you purchase any additional items outside the type of membership you signed up for.
I’ve run out of days before my anniversary date. What are my options?
